Bob KilburgFor 15 years, Bob Kilburg served as copywriter, producer, creative director and partner of Darien & Kilburg (formerly Darien & Morra). During his tenure he crafted numerous award winning advertising campaigns for such diverse clients as GMC Truck, Togo's Eateries, LucasArts, the San Jose Sharks, Stevens Creek Auto Row and Time-Warner, to name a few.

In 2001 Mr. Kilburg left the agency and started his own creatively driven shop: Bob Kilburg & Associates.

His goal was to work with clients that not only recognized great creative, but the very real opportunity to lower their advertising overhead without lowering their expectations.

His new advertising entity would be completely senior-level. Totally hands-on. Every "associate" involved would work harder, smarter and faster. Unlike the large agency format, clients could now work directly with the man whose name appeared on the door.

Why go this route? In his 15 years of experience, he learned that if you were creatively gifted, prolific and efficient you didn't need an army of account executives. And in today's economic climate, most client budgets cannot sustain such an army.
